How can we help?

The Grange Youth Clinic has a unique program specially designed to help young adults get their life back on track. Our treatment is goal oriented and has a specialized approach for young adults. Emotional, social, and addictive problems are addressed during this treatment. Our programs are designed to provide the client with the tools and resources they need to overcome addiction, mental health issues, and behavioral problems. During the intake interview the client will discuss the situation and needs with one of our therapists. Together we'll create a personal treatment plan.

Who do we help?

Various reasons can push young people in a dark maze with no way out. Mental health problems, addiction, behavior problems, trauma, eating disorders, and other issues can fully control your life and the life of your family.

For who is our program?

Young adults in the age of 18 to 25 years old and their family members who are ready to break with negative habits to build a stable future, but are at this point in life not coping with:

  • Family conflict
  • Conduct disordered behaviour
  • Self mutilation
  • Eating disorder
  • Substance abuse
  • Sex abuse
  • Traumas
  • Failure to have interpersonal relationships
  • Axiety
  • Depression
  • Failure to launch
  • Body image issues
  • Overcoming cyberbullying
  • Coping with being ghosting/cancelled
  • Don't feel worthy

Dealing with mental health issues has a huge impact on the social environment of the young adult. Therefore, our treatment involves the family in a unique way as well. Both client and close family members are motivated to break free from self destructive behavior, negative patterns and trauma.

This program is not for everyone. Please check contraindications down below the page.

Dual diagnosis

Our multidisciplinary team is specialized in treating dual diagnosis. This term refers to more diagnosed mental health problems occurring at the same time, for example drugs or alcohol abuse. We focus on underlying issues to help our client cope with triggers and issues in a healthy manner and will not only learn them to break free from addiction or an eating disorder. Bringing you to the root of fear, anger, trauma, or depression will help you build a strong, vital future in which you can cope with these issues in a healthy way.
