I need mental healthcare for myself

It's important to take care of your mental health, and seeking help is a brave and important step. Remember that you are not alone, and there are people and resources available to support you.

1) Are you dealing with mental health issues?

Psychological problems with young people can manifest themselves in feelings of depression and (extreme) gloom, a negative self-image, lack of energy, fears and despair. They also have little or no self-confidence and may feel empty as a result. This can lead to problems at school, work, in social contacts and in family situations. Parents and / or guardians increasingly feel that they are unable to really reach their child and make contact with him / her. Well-intentioned advice or attempts to help are met with resistance and sometimes cause the young person to withdraw even more, isolating himself / herself by avoiding contact.

2) Are you dealing with drug addiction?

Everyone knows the expression "It can happen to anyone." Young people, especially, are at risk of drug addiction. This is due to their developing brain, which has not yet matured completely. Many young people have had bad experiences in their lives such as bullying, exclusion or assault. Drugs can help them escape from these problems for a while and can often hinder personal development.

Drug addiction often goes hand in hand with other problems, such as depression or anxiety disorder. We specialize in dealing with these multiple problems.

There are however also children who have problems that can no longer be solved in a normal way. In some cases, the behavioural problems become increasingly severe and disastrous.
